Champion Choice

Champion Choice Marketing was created out of a simple but powerful conviction: that businesses deserve a partner who can handle their full growth journey — from brand identity and digital campaigns all the way to enterprise ERP systems and back-office transformation.

Our founders had each built category-leading organizations in their respective fields. One had led creative for global advertising powerhouses before launching an award-winning integrated agency in Peru. Another had spent over two decades growing one of Latin America's most respected digital marketing agencies — with offices spanning Costa Rica, Peru and beyond. The third brought 20+ years of Wall Street, banking, and investment expertise — the financial rigor that makes every campaign and project accountable to real business outcomes.

Our Head of Creative brings a career forged at the highest levels of global advertising. As a former senior creative leader at McCann Worldgroup — one of the world's largest and most awarded agency networks — he developed brand campaigns for multinational clients across North America and Latin America. He went on to found an entrepreneurial venture in California before establishing Olistico in Peru in 2015, which has since become one of the country's most recognized integrated marketing agencies. His clients have included Reebok, BBVA, EPSON, Tinka, and major FMCG and real estate brands across the region.
